We are pleased to announce that we have appointed a new Operations Manager – Lay Har Goh.
Lay Har is no stranger to BSWA. She has held positions such as Secretary and Vice President in BSWA Committees. She has also been volunteering in Jhana Grove, managing the retreat booking system and running retreats.
Lay Har has stepped out of the Corporate world to be part of the working team in Dhammaloka.
In her career, she has worked in the Procurement and Contracts function in Technology companies such as Hewlett Packard and Microsoft, as well as Mining companies such as Rio Tinto, Fortescue Metals Group, often leading teams in local, regional and global settings. Most recently, she was with BHP and has now switched her skyscraper city view with that of the calming and peaceful environment in Dhammaloka.
Lay Har started her role as Ops Manager on 11 Oct 2021 and will be working 4-day part time.
She will continue to volunteer her time in Jhana Grove with retreats.
