We will recommence our Wednesday Night Guided Meditation sessions starting 12 January, with Mahinda Wijeratne being our first presenter for the year, talking on the topic of “Alcohol – A Harmful & Destructive Choice” before leading a guided meditation.
The program each Wednesday will run as follows:
7pm – Talk and Guided meditation
8pm – Tea & Biscuits
These ongoing guided meditation classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators and offer an opportunity to ask questions in person or via live chat.
They are presented by senior lay teachers and offer an opportunity for the community to come together over tea and biscuits after the class.
The class will also be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
