Dear Friends in Dhamma
You are invited to join us ON-LINE – in celebration of the joyous occasion – of WELCOMING THE NEW BUDDHISTS ceremony conducted by Ajahn Brahm and other monks and nuns, on Vesak Day – Sunday the 23rd May 2021 at the Dhammaloka Buddhist Centre, 20 Nanson Way, Nollamara 6061, Western Australia.

The event will be streamed live and the names of New Buddhists read as part of the blessing ceremony performed by Ajahn Brahm and other monks and nuns. Locals, interstate and overseas members and non-members are all welcome.
After the event, you will receive a personalised certificate offered by Ajahn Brahm together with a small gift pack. If you would like to receive the certificate or the cert + the gift pack, kindly email your name in full together with your mailing address before 20th May 2021 to asec@bswa.org.
*This year we are pleased to offer the taking of the Three Refuges and Five Precepts by Ajahn Brahm via Zoom in addition to YouTube. Anyone wishing to formally take the Three Refuges and Five Precepts should please email asec@bswa.org and register your intention. Thank-you

9.00am – 10.00am Offering of Robes to the Sangha, Short Dhamma Talk and Guided Meditation
10.00am – 10.30am Buddhist chanting and Taking of the 3 Refuges and 5 – 8 Precepts, (Dhamma Hall)
10.30am – 11.00am Offering of Dana to Sangha
11.00am – 1.00pm Sharing of meal
1.00pm – 3.00pm Rest time. Volunteers prepare for evening program.
3.00pm – 4.00pm Dhamma Talk plus Q&A with Ajahn Brahm and Ajahn Hasapanna
4.00pm – 4.30pm Volunteer Appreciation (Sangha Blessing)
4.30pm – 5.15pm Taking of Three Refuges and the Five Precepts by Ajahn Brahm

5.15pm – 6.00pm Free Time
6.00pm – 6.30pm Offering of Flowers, Incense and Requisites to the Sangha
6.30pm – 7.30pm Circumambulation in Constance/Nanson Park
