Years ago, Ajahn Brahm, like many of us, had the difficulty in meditation “Why is it that my mind goes wandering off?” Ajahn answers that it was because what he was experiencing at the moment was not delightful enough. When your mind is wandering off, Ajahn encourages you to embrace your mind and stay in the moment. As your mind becomes still, the delight in meditation will start to build up.
