Venerable Canda looks more closely at emotions, thoughts and thinking. How we can find skilful ways to handle and relate to thoughts in a way that helps us to incline towards the thoughts that will lead us to happiness & peace. Also what helps us to handle those thoughts that don’t bring us peace, without over-identifying or getting stuck in patterns which actually can build emotion. 42:32 Ven Canda guides us through a guided meditation for about 35 min.

These teachings are freely offered so as to be accessible to all.
