Introduction to meditation is a course for beginners and for those who would like to strengthen the foundation of their meditation by learning the basics.
Introduction to meditation course consists of 4 lessons. The course usually starts on the first Saturday of each month and the rest of the 3 lessons take place on consecutive Saturdays.
The course is free of charge and no prior booking is necessary. The course can be repeated as many times as one wishes to.
Please come in comfortable and modest clothing. You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion/stool. If not, we have plenty of cushions/stools available and also chairs for those who prefer it.
