Please arrive by 6.15pm for a start time of 6.30pm, finishing at 7.30pm.
Venue: the Small Shrine Room to the left of Dhamma Hall.
Please contact Minako on minakos@arach.net.au as pre-registration is a requisite for attendance —places are strictly limited.
Cost is by Donation.
All proceeds are donated to BSWA.
Your generosity is appreciated.
Please wear any comfortable loose clothing and also please bring a large towel to use as a pillow or a mat to sit or lie on, and a Yoga mat if you have one.
Volunteer Teacher, Minako Sato, is fully accredited and certified by the Australian Feldenkrais Guild.
She is donating all proceeds to the BSWA to whatever BSWA project is decided. (Not yet allocated).
She also has Professional Liability and Public Liability Insurance.
Those attending the course are expected to observe the following:
- Please respect and treat others as you would like to be treated.
- All our venues are strictly alcohol and smoke free anywhere within BSWA grounds.
- It is the responsibility of the user(s) to leave the room tidy and clean for the next users.
- When coming and going please be relatively quiet so as not to disturb the neighbours unduly.
Further Courses will depend on demand. Each course of 5 lessons has a different sub theme or aspect. Another male Feldenkrais teacher is also available if demand is high.
