    Dear Alexander,

Let's wait and see what will happen with Jennifer's work. It's a good project. Don't get discouraged yet. You have done a good deed.

I was thinking of transcribing as much as possible so that at a later date when i want to listen to a specific story again, i can just type it into a search box and could readily listen/read the story. would it be too personal to transcribe the deeper Wednesday night talks as well? any opinions?

        Dear Paul and Alexander,

If you are happy to transcribe, how about posting it somewhere where we can use them for later work? Transcripts can be edited into a short essay and part of a book.

If you are interested to join us, please send me a message.

        With warmest metta,

        Dheerayupa

German and English subtitles are finally published! A lot thanks to Alexander and really sorry about the delay.

Sorry Jennifer, I wasn't aware of the Big Bang Buddhism talk. I will try to sync the timing and get it uploaded asap..

The subtitles for Big Bang Buddhism have been synced/copyedited and are now live: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xPeLspRBHc
Many thanks for the work to Jennifer and to Dheerayupa for the reminder! Apologies again for the long delay.

We're now working towards more scalable subtitling with better tracking. There are currently two main "preferred" options:
                Amara: http://www.amara.org/en/teams/buddhi...ern-australia/
                YouTube built-in: http://www.youtube.com/timedtext_cs_...Up6IAWmQ&tab=2

We also have a semi-automated way of downloading captions into text format, e.g. https://storage.googleapis.com/bswa-...2016-09-18.zip

If you prefer to work another way or have any questions please contact us via the forum group: http://community.dhammaloka.org.au/group.php?groupid=5

                Metta to you all
