Lesson Three: Meditation in Action / Mindfulness. Sitting meditation is very good for developing concentration and more refined states of mind. However, it’s important to be able to incorporate meditation into one’s daily life so that ordinary activities also become a form of meditation.

Introduction to Meditation is a free course for beginners and for those who would like to strengthen the foundation of their meditation practice by learning the basics.

The Introduction to Meditation course consists of 4 lessons. The course starts on the first Saturday of each month and the rest of the 3 lessons take place on consecutive Saturdays.  Please Note: These classes don’t need to be attended in order.  For example, you may start with Lesson 4 in August, and then do Lesson 1, 2, in September, Lesson 3 in October.

The course is free of charge and can be repeated as many times as one wishes to.
