About Kath:

Kath Grimbly has a Masters in Counselling from the University of Notre Dame and her passion lies in Ecotherapy, where nature becomes a co-therapist.

The healing and calming effects of nature have been known to humans throughout the ages, and in recent years have been given increasing attention in Western psychology, gaining a wide evidence base to treat anxiety, depression, grief, addiction and many other mental health conditions. When we connect with the natural world, we can gain a fresh perspective, a stronger sense of self, and move forward with renewed energy, enthusiasm and love for life.
