|10.00am – 11.00am||Private meditation in Dhamma Hall / Read a Dhamma book / Listen to a talk on your own devices|
|11.00am – 12.00noon||DANA BREAK – Consume dana in noble silence as mindfulness practice (BYO Lunch)|
|12.00noon – 12:30||Private meditation in Dhamma Hall – Sitting / Walking Meditation|
|12:30pm – 1.30pm||Pre recorded Dhamma talk by a Senior monk / nun|
|1.30pm –3.00pm||Private meditation in Dhamma Hall or Community Hall – Sitting / Walking Meditation / Read a Dhamma book / Listen to a talk on your own devices|
Take 5 precepts to end the day
Those who wish to be in practice could stay until 5pm at the premises OR
Leave the Centre to continue overnight, to end on the following day (24 hour practice)
No registration is needed. All are welcome to join.
Please bring your own lunch as lunch will not be provided.
