9.30am – 10.00am | Taking of 5 or 8 Precepts, followed by chanting the Metta Sutta in English and Pali |
10.00am – 11.00am | Private meditation in Dhamma Hall / Read a Dhamma book / Listen to a talk on your own devices |
11.00am – 12.00noon | DANA BREAK – Consume dana in noble silence as mindfulness practice (BYO Lunch) |
12.00noon – 12:30 | Private meditation in Dhamma Hall – Sitting / Walking Meditation |
12:30pm – 1.30pm | Pre recorded Dhamma talk by a Senior monk / nun |
1.30pm –3.00pm | Private meditation in Dhamma Hall or Community Hall – Sitting / Walking Meditation / Read a Dhamma book / Listen to a talk on your own devices |
3.00pm | Closure |
Take 5 precepts to end the day
Those who wish to be in practice could stay until 5pm at the premises OR
Leave the Centre to continue overnight, to end on the following day (24 hour practice)
No registration is needed. All are welcome to join.
Please bring your own lunch as lunch will not be provided.

Visitors need to observe the following procedures:
Masks must be worn at all times inside any building and also outside, if social distancing is not possible (subject to change in line with most current government guidelines)- Check if you have been to an exposure site and if you have, follow the corresponding health advice issued for that location
- Stay home if you have any symptoms of illness or have been in recent contact with a suspected case of COVID-19
- Sign in with the attendance sheet or scan QR code upon arrival for contact tracing in case of COVID incident
- Make use of the hand sanitiser stations and wash hands
- Sign the attendance sheet upon arrival
- Maintain 1.5 square metre distancing with 2 square metres per person at all times
- Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose or mouth; cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing
- Avoid shaking hands, hugging or physical touching
