Be Quiet Presents: Yoga with Cindy

Sun 1 May, 4-5pm in the Community Hall @ Dhammaloka

The Be Quiet 18-35 year old meditators group are hosting an all level yoga event with amazing yoga instructor Cindy Le!

This guided 60 min yoga class is designed to stretch and strengthen the body, explore a range of twists, breath work, arm balances, core work and restoration. Allow yourself the time to find your inner balance, connect one breath with one movement in flow, and bring unity across your body and mind. Give yourself permission to let your practice be messy. Join me in this all level yoga class and let’s have some fun. Namaste, Cindy
