Every Tuesday evening the Armadale Meditation Group holds a meditation class from 7pm to 8.30pm. Currently all classes are being conducted via ZOOM. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for login details.
The classes will be conducted live on Zoom by a variety of monks from Bodhinyana Monastery, Serpentine WA (or Lay Teachers during Rains Retreat 10 July – 16 October 2022).
Each class generally begins with chanting the Metta Sutta, then receiving introductory meditation instructions for 1/2 hour, a guided meditation for 1/2 hour, and the last 1/2 hour is dedicated to a Q&A session and Dhamma talk (if time permits).
Mr Yogest Sharda
Born in Malawi, Africa, with an Indian background and brought up in London and Oxford, Yogesh Sharda has been a Personal Development trainer and workshop facilitator for over 30 years, presenting many hundreds of seminars, workshops and courses for businesses, hospitals, universities, youth organisations and local community groups throughout Europe, the UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australasia, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Japan and India.
Over the last seventeen years he has been living in Turkey and making presentations in nearby countries on a variety of topics relating to “The Art of Relaxation and Problem Solving through Meditation”
