This meditation program at Jhana Grove is starting at 04:00am on Sunday 1 August and finishing at 1:00pm on Friday 6 August. Bookings are now closed and it is fully booked. But there are three alternative ways for all interested meditators to participate:

1. As a group at Dhammaloka.

Online guided Metta meditation sessions starting at 7:00am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 7:00pm are projected on a screen every day in the Dhammaloka main hall.

2. As a group at Bodhinyana Monastery Dhamma hall. 

Facilities will be provided for all visitors to Bodhinyana to stay after the Dana and participate as a group in the guided meditation in the Bodhinyana Dhamma Hall at 1:00pm (only) every day.

3.  Visit the link below on your Smartphone or Computer and follow the guidance to meditate at home. There are 8 sessions each day round the clock, with a new guided meditation session coming up every two hours.
