Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2026
The Committee of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia (Inc) wishes to announce that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be held on
Saturday, 23 May 2026
at Dhammaloka Buddhist Centre, Nollamara, Western Australia
Please arrive at 4pm for registration. Proceedings will commence at 5pm.
We encourage all Members to attend, learn about what’s happening within the Society and meet the new Committee Members for 2026. Please note that only Full members & Honorary members are eligible to vote.
AGENDA
There will be an agenda item that will be put to a vote at the AGM. A Special Resolution regarding changes to BSWA (Inc.) Constitution, to allow the BSWA to fund interstate and overseas projects. Details are found in the full AGM agenda.
Please note that there are two vacant committee positions, which we would like to fill during the AGM if any member is interested. The positions are:
- Ordinary Committee Member – Communications Coordinator
- Ordinary Committee Member – Dhammaloka Coordinator

PROXY VOTING
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to nominate another BSWA Full Member/ Honorary Member to Vote on your behalf, you may download the Proxy Form here.
Completed proxy forms should be sent to secretary@bswa.org (Cc: admin@bswa.org) to be received no later than 5pm Friday 22nd May 2026.
