Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2025
The Committee of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia (Inc) wishes to announce that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be held on
Saturday 10 May 2025
at Dhammaloka Buddhist Centre, Nollamara, Western Australia
Please arrive at 4pm for registration. Proceedings will commence at 5pm.
We encourage all Members to attend, learn about what’s happening within the Society and meet the new Committee Members for 2025. Please note that only Full members & Honorary members are eligible to vote.
AGENDA
Details of the AGM are found in the full AGM agenda.
Please note that there are three vacant committee positions, which we would like to fill during the AGM if any member is interested. The positions are:
- Assistant Secretary
- Ordinary Member – Communications Coordinator
- Ordinary Committee Member – Dhammaloka Management Group Coordinator

PROXY VOTING
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to nominate another BSWA Full Member/ Honorary Member to Vote on your behalf, you may access the Proxy Form here.
