Dear Busy Bee Volunteers, Faithful Rakers and Friends,
We were blessed with perfect weather today, but even more blessed that so many of you turned up for our Busy Bee. Amidst piles of dusty leaves and the hassle of flies, your diligence (even in raking!) vividly reminds us of the loyalty and unwavering support upon which our life as monastics subsists.
Even when we’ve decided enough work has been done for the day, you have your mind set on accomplishing just that little bit more — “just up to the next post,” as we have often heard you say! Your untiring encouragement and support is awe-some and inspiring — it lifts us beyond what we expect or think is possible. Thank you for that.
Thank you for showing us how much you care for this Dhamma path that we are all travelling together, and how much you are willing to give to that path. When we each give our very best, more good than we can ever imagine becomes possible, for all of us.
Wishing you and your families a beautiful week.
Please pass this email on to any friends who attended as well.
In Dhamma,
With Gratitude, Metta & Mudita,
from all the nuns at Dhammasara
